Cancel where you subscribed: Stripe Customer Portal (web), Apple Subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you keep trial access until that trial ends. After a paid period, Pro stays active until the paid-through date unless the store revokes access sooner.
Refunds
Web (Stripe): eligible accounts may get a one-time courtesy refund within 7 days of the first paid charge after trial if at most two invoices were finalized since that charge (request in-app when shown, or email us). Apple and Google purchases are refunded only through those stores — we can help you find the right link, but we cannot approve store refunds ourselves.
