Processors & subprocessors

SendVoice uses the following processors to operate the service. Categories of data and purposes are summarized for transparency. See the Privacy Policy for retention and rights.

OpenAI retention note
SendVoice deletes its own copy of raw audio after successful processing. Unless Zero Data Retention / Modified Abuse Monitoring is active on our OpenAI account, OpenAI may retain limited abuse-monitoring logs for up to about 30 days. We pursue reduced retention where available and will update this page when the production setting changes.
